Nicole Coleman and her team have been exceptional in every aspect of this process: 1) organization 2) follow up 3) availability 4) knowledge, not in order. Nicole conducts each week's Seminar with grace, knowledge and depth while the mods or Nicole answer questions immediately. When I call, someone is available to talk right away. Just a great experience so far.
