“The HVAC program is very, very good. I came in with some prior knowledge, but the hands-on training here has taken it to another level. For me, learning by doing is much more effective than just reading about it. One of the biggest advantages of this program is the flexibility. My shift schedule made it impossible to attend other schools. The Training Center’s structure makes it much easier to balance work and learning. I also really appreciate the mix of in-person and Zoom classes.

What sets this program apart is the level of support from the instructors. They take the time to explain things, answer questions, and make sure you really understand. There’s no judgment, just a strong focus on learning and improving. The training is excellent. Before, I didn’t really understand electrical concepts, but now I feel confident in my ability to read schematics and troubleshoot equipment. I’ve already applied what I’ve learned at work, especially with HVAC and boiler systems.”

“I used to work in a restaurant, and we were always dealing with broken ice machines and refrigerators. Every time they broke down, I’d thought it would be great if I knew how to fix them myself, that’s what first got me interested in HVAC. I heard about The Training Center from a friend of mine who had nothing but good things to say about them. The instructors here made a huge difference in my learning. They took the time to break things down in a way that made sense, and let me learn at my own pace. I’m a hands-on learner, so getting to work on equipment instead of just sitting through classes was awesome.

Beyond just the technical skills, this program helped me grow as a person. They taught us skills for success, from troubleshooting to developing good work habits. Now, I’m ready to start my career. I want to gain more experience in the field and eventually run my own HVAC business. If you’re thinking about HVAC and you’re willing to put in the work, I highly recommend this program. It’s been a great experience for me.”

“I was working at a cleaning business and my father-in-law recommended a career in boilers to me and suggested I check out The Training Center. I did the externship program and it was a great experience. There was tons of hands-on training, and we were able to learn in real boiler rooms. Getting exposure to all different types of boilers and seeing the different equipment used in the field was very helpful. The team here cared a lot about my success, and they made me feel like family. After the program they helped me secure a job as a boiler operator at a pharmaceutical company. I love what I do and The Training Center helped me get to where I am today. I would recommend the boiler program to anyone looking to start a career.”

“Before coming to The Training Center, I was going to RCBC community college and trying to figure out how to get into HVAC. I came across their HVAC program and decided to check it out. I had already gone through The Training Center’s externship program, which was an amazing experience, so I knew the staff here was great. Their HVAC program was also amazing, all the instructors were great. The way they teach, the knowledge they bring, and how they break things down makes a big difference. Rob was really helpful, he’s very knowledgeable about HVAC and he made learning fun, clear, and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend The Training Center for anyone looking to start a career. The quality of training, and they give you everything you need, even the tools.”

“I was working at a warehouse in their shipping department. The boiler operator who worked there retired and they were looking for someone new. I went online and found The Training Center, and learned about their licensing and training programs. I did the externship with them, and overall it was an awesome learning experience for me. I came in with zero experience with boilers and now I am a lead operator at a plant. I credit The Training Center for helping prepare me with everything I needed to start my career. The instructors here have so much experience and knowledge and they always helped me anytime I needed it. If you have no experience and want a career in boilers, this is the place to be.”

“I was semi-retired. I had a corporate background at AT&T and took early retirement, but I wasn’t fully ready to retire. I had a mechanical background, and a good friend of mine told me about The Training Center. I did their boiler program, which went great. The classes were taught at a good pace, and the teachers go out of their way to help you. You can tell they genuinely care about whether you understand the material, not just about finishing the lesson. The field experience was a huge part of my learning because you’re able to see and work with the equipment firsthand. They also helped me land a job as a boiler operator after I graduated. I definitely recommend their training programs to anyone looking to learn a new career.”

“During my time at The Training Center, I gained valuable HVAC experience working with systems such as air conditioners, heat pumps, and refrigeration units. Learning these components has given me a strong foundation in both troubleshooting and system operation. I especially appreciate the time and effort the instructors dedicated to teaching me real-world skills. The supportive environment here made it easy for me to learn and grow with confidence. Because of this training, I feel well-prepared to begin my career in the HVAC industry. The knowledge and experience I gained will continue to guide me as I move forward professionally. Thank you again for your dedication and commitment to your students. I am truly grateful to have been part of the program.”
